Please forgive me as this is my first negative review ever posted. My buying experience was great, the car was great, my issue is with Doug McMillian the head of the finance dept. Turns out I owed less than the value I received from insurance and I was due a refund for the balance of the gap unused. 8 calls, multiple emails and not one single reply from Mr. McMillian.
