My wife and I originally went into Karl's to discuss trade-in on our used car and to look at a Volt. We were introduced to Jamie since we were looking for a new vehicle. I couldn't have asked for anything more in my salesman. He was great! He was very knowledgable about the car we were looking at and took the time to show us all the features. Since the technology on the Volt is so new, I asked a lot of questions along the way. Jamie was helpful through the whole process and if he didn't know an answer off the top of his head, he made it a point to write it down and follow up with us later in the evening. I have never been so relaxed while at a dealership. Jamie was very patient and showed us all the finance options available for the vehicle and Karl's was able to give us a better than expected trade allowance for our car. In fact, Jamie's no-pressure sales approach actually made us very confident in our decision to purchase that very night. I have never felt so good about our decision and about the customer service that was delivered (from Jamie in sales, to Mitch in finance, to Luke in delivery coordination)! They went the extra mile to make sure that we were comfortable with every step in the process.
