Pete, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you would like to bring your vehicle back, we would be happy to look at any residue left in your vehicle and address this. We apologize for the inconvenience for waiting, but we are currently giving customers the estimate of 2-3 hours, and have signs to alert our community posted around our service drives. Because of excessive traffic in our regular maintenance, we are also sending out mobile vans which are capable of performing recalls, oil changes, tire rotations, filter and fluids, brake work, and tire patches and replacements. We apologize for any inconveniences incurred -- we have placed signage around our service department indicating increased anticipated turn-around time to keep our customers informed. We do also offer a mobile service van that can perform regular maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, filter & fluids; recalls; and brake work and tire patches & replacements. This provides customers with a personal service technician from the comfort of home or from their workplace.
