After arriving on time for scheduled appt we were told would have to wait until Al of previous day work was completed. Why were we not called snd reached untitled a day we would be taken on time?? Really long wait to even get seen Once finally seen Josh was very good and helpful. But again wait for a first morning appt way too long. Please be more considerate of others time More

When I dropped the truck off for the diagnostic of the heating system, I received a call from Dale K. with Intake process was efficient and quick. When I dropped the truck off for the diagnostic of the heating system, I received a call from Dale K. with results he told me the needed part was in stock and I could expect to pickup the next day. Called to check status next was informed the part was not in stock. Hence the vehicle was not available for pickup as promised. Dale suggested that I pick the truck and bring it back when part arrived. Which I did. When I dropped off again the repair was completed. However during the re assembly process, several items were no re connected. The radio antenna and power to part of the dash/console. I now need to bring back a third time to finish the repair. Expected better performance from a Ford dealership. More
