Their new vehicle manager Mack on the other hand might have been the most rude person I have ever met. After a terrible interaction with him where I was completely dismissed and belittled I left the dealership convinced to not buy the truck. Lloyd thankfully made it right and called me to apologize and give a better offer. I would buy again from Lloyd and Suzanne, but avoid the new vehicle manager. More
