regular oil change, took 1 hour 35 minutes. If I didn't walk out to check, I would not have seen my car, it would have been longer.. Made my service appointment the day prior and had rear brakes installed with 3 hrs. Has to go to the dealership to make the appointment. I had no problem with the service and workmanship, in fact it was excellent. Richard kept me informed and manged a difficult repair to my A/C. My one problem was at 8:00 AM, a little early for us retire fact it was excellent. Richard kept me informed and manged a difficult repair to my A/C. These are the simple things that getting up that early and heading straight for the dealership without a small breakfast and cup of coffee manageable.. More
