Walked into service department with my Flex leaking oil. No appt, however Darlene was able to diagnose the problem and took the Flex right back and service department was able to fix the problem within one No appt, however Darlene was able to diagnose the problem and took the Flex right back and service department was able to fix the problem within one hour. After 8 months on a new truck my battery went dead over night. I dreaded calling after my last 3 visits. When I did I was welcomed by Dale.
