Had appointment for Friday 11:15 was told it could take several hours and they may not get to it and offered me a ride home. I ask if I should just reschedule and was told no. My service advisor was the best. She got my truck in and serviced, in addition one of the problems I brought in for she was able to figure my problem was not fuel but transmission.
