Had appointment for Friday 11:15 was told it could take several hours and they may not get to it and offered me a ride home. I ask if I should just reschedule and was told no. At 3:30 Friday I get a call saying there are going to deliver my car and they DID NOT do the work. Denise ask if my service advisor called me and I said no. I still have not heard from Rob and was sent a message asking me to fill out this survey. I’m wasted my whole day and time and I’m very disappointed. Work still not complete and at 2:41 today (Monday) I still have not heard from anyone. More
My service advisor was the best. She got my truck in and serviced, in addition one of the problems I brought in for she was able to figure my problem was not fuel but transmission.
