First, my service advisor, Dale, was excellent and nothing from my negative experience resulted from him. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did a good job. First, your shuttle service is not convenient and in my opinion, doesn’t work. My vehicle’s services were completed before the shuttle was available……1.5 hours after my arrival. Had I known the shuttle was not going to be convenient or available, I would have made other arrangements. I was really disappointed to be waiting in the wait room for that long when I had planned to catch the shuttle back home during the service. Second, there was a lady worker who was in the service drive who had a really short fuse. I commented on the nice weather trying to make a nice conversation and she snapped back complaining she was supposed to be inside doing her real job. She kind of went on and on griping. Very negative and unprofessional. She also seemed to get into it with Dale when I was checking out. It seemed she was filling in, but she should not be around customers….very bad attitude. Lastly, the check out process was too long. This seemed mainly due to short staffing, but, whatever the issue was, it took too long. Later that day, I took my Jeep in to Ferman for an oil change…..same service as my F150, but my experience was totally different and really highlighted the problems. Ferman checked me in more quickly, had a shuttle van immediately available, picked me up as scheduled from my house back to the dealer, and was checked out and on the road very quickly. The process was night and day better. Additionally, the service was $50 less and Jeep rotated my tires……not something that was offered or performed by Flammer Ford. Hope this helps to fix your operational issues. I will likely be switching to another dealer for future service…. More

I know they're experiencing a shortage of shop workers, but 3+ hours for an oil change, with an appointment and being told 1-2 hours, was rough. I've ALWAYS used KFF for our services, but will probably go but 3+ hours for an oil change, with an appointment and being told 1-2 hours, was rough. I've ALWAYS used KFF for our services, but will probably go elsewhere until things go back to how they were. Then, $200 for oil and two filters - and wouldnt honor a coupon from a different, local Ford (not that they had to, but wouldve been nice after 3 hours). More
