We apologize for any inconveniences incurred by your service wait. To be as transparent as possible, we have signs posted around our dealership indicating that our wait times are higher than usual, and our advisors and service scheduling agents are able to assist as well. We do offer a courtesy shuttle to take you within 10 miles of the dealership while you wait, or also offer a mobile van to come to your home or work so you can be serviced in comfort.
