Oil change took 3. 5 hours, with an appointment, and was $20 more than the price I was quoted when I called. Had the service person been honest upfront when I arrived on time for my appointment, I would have taken a shuttle home instead of sitting in a waiting room being told a bunch of excuses. Other than that it was fine. Clean, new service area for customers. DO NOT make an appointment online. Call and get a price quote and make sure it is written in your appointment. Then double check the quote when you get there to make sure you weren't lied to on the phone. The manager did allow $5 off for the misquote. I would still recommend this dealership for the Tampa area. More
