The worst experience I've ever had! From the beginning they talked to me like I was dumb, they then took over a month to finalize my loan and then the finance manager called me yelling a From the beginning they talked to me like I was dumb, they then took over a month to finalize my loan and then the finance manager called me yelling at me as if I were a bad child which I proceeded to hang up on him three times in which I advised him I refused to speak to him again. He stated I could text him my insurance information, once I sent it to him and obviously sarcastically said "thanks for being so nice." He responded with "Thanks Mama, let me know if I can do anything personally for you." Wow. The audacity of this guy.., the finance MANAGER. After speaking to the other finance manager and expressing my frustration he simply laughed and stated "he didn't mean anything he is from a different country." As if that should excuse his behavior. I will never ever EVER buy another car from them and will spread the word to as many as people as possible to never EVER go there! More

He was patient and listened to what I was looking for. He went out of his way to make sure that we saw everything on the lot. Excessive, but it helped lead to my decision to by the Toyota RAV4. He wasn't pushy like I was expecting him to be. We came back after test driving at other places and requested him specifically. He was concerned about finding me the exact vehicle I was looking for.
