I have been a Karp Buick customer before when the dealership where we purchased our 2005 LaCrosse closed. All our records were sent to Karp Buick and that is where I had our car serviced. After that lease came due we decided on an Impala LT. What a mistake. Could not wait till the lease would be up. I must say that the service at Paul Conte Chevrolet was excellent. The Service Mgr. Steve Fox was wonderful. Still and all I could not wait to get out of the lease. Fast forward to 2011. Our lease is coming due. We decided to go to Karp Buick on our way home from doing some errands just to see what they had to offer. We were looking around and approached by Errol Anderson and he took us around to see the new Regal and the LaCrosse. I fell in love with the Regal. It was comfortable and luxury beyond belief. We spoke about leasing and buying. Leasing was the way to go. Errol Anderson is a gentleman and he knows his business. Not the pushy kind of salesperson. We made an offer and he took it to his Mgr. David Wells and that was it. No test drive the color and interior color was what we wanted and with the help from David Wells he made it happen for us. David Wells is a gentleman. Very professional and he took care of the paper work for turning in the Impala for us. All worked out well. We took delivery on August 31, 2011. None of this I gotta have the car out of our inventory you have to take the car on this date. None of that. All went very smoothly. I reccommed Karp Auto to anyone that is looking for a beautiful new Buick. Whatever model they choose. I would strongly reccomend seeing Errol Anderson and David Wells. The Schiller Family More

I think that the advantage of dealing with KARP was Adda,I know her from previous leasing that I did with her. She uses her sweetness to help you promptly in any request. I was exceptionally please with everyone at Karp, especially the consultant who sold me my new car, Craig Graber. We had spoken the day before via phone, and I feel that he was very well prepared. especially the consultant who sold me my new car, Craig Graber. He gave me a very fair deal on my trade in, and took a great deal of time helping me understand the features of mu new car. he even went so far as to activate my bluetooth and helped me with the On-star tutorial. After I left the dealership with my new car, he called to thank me for the business, and contineud to offer himself as a resource if I had future questions. The best part of workin with Craig was I felt no pressure to buy a car; he was courteous and patient, and never rushed me. It was the best car-buying experience I have ever had, and I would recommend him to family and friends with no hesitation. More

First of all, I have been a proud member of the Karp Family for the past 6 years. I previously purchased a SAAB from Karp and through the years have received A+ service in maintaining my vehicle. However, after much consideration I just decided to trade in my vehicle for a new model Saab. Although this was a difficult decision because of my attachment to the previous car, I have to say the collaborative effort of Julie Pedretti, David Wells and Audley Bullock were major factors in my decision to upgrade to a newer model vehicle. Julie helped me realize the practicality of transitioning into a newer vehicle as opposed to continuing the expense of maintaining an older vehicle with high mileage and that was out of warranty. After I was introduced to David Wells and Audley Bullock, they showed me how I could get into a newer vehicle at a reasonable price and at an affordable level. The combined effort on the part of the staff was marked with courtesy and professionalism. I did not feel like I was being targeted by the typical "Salesmen Tactics". Rather, they made me feel like we were on the same side of a business partnership with the common goal of solidifying a deal that would be a workable solution for both customer and dealer. I really appreciate the excellent relationship I have obtained with this dealership and now as a proud owner of a new Saab 93, I look ever forward to continuing this partnership for years to come.
