After visiting numerous Kia dealers throughout New York, I cannot say enough good things about Karp Kia. All the other Kia dealers only wanted to play games and make the customers stressed out(Amazing that I cannot say enough good things about Karp Kia. My experience is a unique one because I did not purchase the car from Karp due to the lack of inventory from Kia. But Christina and Al were extremely professional. very helpful and tried their best to find the car from Karp due to the lack of inventory from Kia. Found this dealership to be the most friendly with regard to my needs as a first time leasee of the Kia brand.
