Not only did they try to sneak in extra charges, but they also argued incessantly over the smallest issues. The overcharging was blatant, and their attitude was dismissive and confrontational. It felt like they were more focused on their bottom line than customer satisfaction. Honestly, it was a total nightmare. The sales person we dealt with is really nice. They have a lot of cars. The advertised price should have been included all options and security system installed in the vehicle. Then, obviously you have to pay taxes and lic. gov fees. This company should change its illegal price advertising policy. More
