Kayser began selling and servicing cars back in 1925 on East Washington Avenue in Madison. Paul A. Kayser, a farmer from Fitchburg opened the dealership to sell and service the new Ford Model T.

Kayser has since grown to sell Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Ford and Lincoln brands through 8 locations in, Sauk City, Green Bay, Janesville, Watertown and Madison.

When Paul Kayser began selling the Ford Model T in downtown Madison, the city was really more like a small town. Although I have always thought of Madison as having that small town feel, it has grown tremendously & very successfully since 1925.

Great experience! Jamie was responsive and helpful from start to finish. I had to feel I could trust the dealership and salesmen before taking the 90 mile trip to see the car I was interested in. Took dri start to finish. I had to feel I could trust the dealership and salesmen before taking the 90 mile trip to see the car I was interested in. Took drive down with son. After I arrived, Jamie was very helpful and answered all by questions and addressed my concerns about, price and financing,etc. Provided additional insight about the car, I was not aware of that was helpful. Was very patient, knowledgeable and fun to work with. I felt he was honest and really wanted to get me best deal he could. Dealership was really top notch, professional atmosphere, clean, and Kayser had a great selection of vehicles that interested me. Love the Scat Pack Charger! Jamie's follow up after purchase a few days later was excellent as well. All staff was very friendly and helpful! Made you feel like you were only customer. I only purchase a new vehicle about every 10 years so customer service, integrity and honesty is critical for me. Would highly recommend Kayser! More

Could not be more pleased with the Dealership. I have been buying cars for a long time and was very impressed and I have worked with high end car dealerships and strictly used car dealerships.... The K been buying cars for a long time and was very impressed and I have worked with high end car dealerships and strictly used car dealerships.... The Kaiser Chrysler Center in Watertown ranks #1 on my list. No high pressure, everyone helps each other, they have a an accommodating attitude and they do not take themselves too serious. I would say Authentic in everything they do. They let me take the care home for a couple hours, held the car for a week until I secured my payment, picked me up 20 minute drive time to pick up the car, spent 45 minutes giving a thorough orientation and more. Very knowledgeable and experienced staff up and down the dealership. I would recommend this Dealership above the rest for New or Used Autos. More
