OK you guys probably thought I forgot about you but I didn’t. I thought I better drive the truck for a couple weeks make sure that everything was OK before I say anything . Well happy to say everything seems fine we love our new truck so here I am to talk about the guys who sold it to us. Glen Bornick the sales manager and Steve Slayton the business manager both made my wife smile throughout our negotiations and that was the best way they could’ve possibly started. They were cordial and courteous and extremely knowledgeable . They never tried to pressure us and were extremely nice while Negotiating a fair price. We left satisfied with our dealings and actually had a good time dealing with both Men. Who’d a thought you have a good time dealing with car salesmen :- ) Sincerely Brenda and Brian. Everyone seemed very upfront about the way things work at the dealership including bottom line pricing, non-commission and the family feel for themselves within the dealership. While it was nice to not feel a real need to haggle the price, it's just not something that a person is accustomed to anymore. We tried anyway because it's pretty much ingrained in a person and we were gently reminded the way things work here. It's really the way things should be. The only negative I can really come up with is that because of being noncommissoned, you kind of get passed around to whomever is available. It's not a real problem, and won't keep me from coming back, but it does cause more explaining. I was also surprised that there was no real vehicle inspection or talk of "we-owe". But perhaps that just because we've never bought a vehicle that was so nearly new and "we-owe" is for vehicles with more miles on them. More
