They do not honor their promise or keep their word! I bought a $25000 used SUV from Kayser on Thursday evening. on the way home realized the Kayser service sticker showed the vehicle was 4 months and 35 I bought a $25000 used SUV from Kayser on Thursday evening. on the way home realized the Kayser service sticker showed the vehicle was 4 months and 350 mi overdue for an oil change. On Sunday morning at 100mi the check engine light came on. I contacted them Monday morning to honor their "Kayser" promise and refund my money. They would not and gave me the run around. Told me they would fix the problem no charge, change the oil and give me a month/1000mi warranty. Said everything was done. They took off the old sticker(no new one), no paperwork that any service was done, didn't reset the oil life and reset the fault code. Of course check engine came back on. Kayser owned it for 4.5 mo. and 3360 mi so I'm sure they knew there was a problem. Came on twice in 2 weeks and less than 500 mi for me. More
