I needed to replace it pretty quickly. Glen Bornick helped me find nearly the exact same model, color, and a year newer with 20,000 miles less than the vehicle I just lost. It's like my original Journey got reincarnated! Glen was very fun to deal with, as was Steve and the rest of the staff we spoke to. What a great group. They put us at ease right away and we were completely relaxed during the entire buying process. It's been a tough thing since the accident but Glen's nice nature helped way lay alot of fears. He's a gem! More

It was a long distance (we live in Chicago area) interface to begin with but Scott Bornick was extremely helpful and responsive to my many questions. After this we made the 2 hr drive to Watertown and we were not disappointed with the whole experience. The whole group we worked with, Scott, Steve, and Dave were extremely low pressure, transparent, and understanding of our wants and desires. In the end, with a little joint compromise, we were able to get a deal done. A big thanks to the team. I can honestly say that I would actually drive 2 hours again in the future to do business with this group. More
