Some constructive feedback Overall the experience was good. The selection was very good for the van we wanted and Glen was very knowledgeable about the preferred vehicles. We made two trips the dealership since we wanted to do more research about the vehicle, pricing and the dealership itself since we had never shopped at Kayser Watertown. It was a very welcoming experience to view, test drive and purchase our new van. Glen took the time with us needed to select the best vehicle for our needs. The reason for the 4 rating was the unwillingness to negotiate on price. When making a purchase of this magnatude, being able to massage the price is important to us. If the decision it to be firm on pricing, then you become much like Carmax. More like buying groceries than a capital investment. We did want to follow up on the tube of paint to do some touch up work on some scratches which has not arrived yet. We have had the van now for a couple weeks and are pleased with it. Thank you More

While searching for our new RAM 1500, we had several dealership options to choose from through USAA, and initially chose Kayser in Watertown, WI based While searching for our new RAM 1500, we had several dealership options to choose from through USAA, and initially chose Kayser in Watertown, WI based on their advertised prices online and other customer reviews. Working with Glen and the team at Kayser, Watertown was amazing! I don't think we've ever felt this comfortable working with a sales team at another dealership. Prior to arriving, we contacted Glen several times with questions and we always received a prompt reply. We set up a time to come and test drive vehicles and when we arrived, Glen had pulled all the vehicles we were interested in to the front of the dealership and had them ready for us to drive. After choosing a vehicle, Glen searched to make sure that we received all of the appropriate discounts and rebates and ended up getting us a bottom line that was better than anything we had seen advertised at competitor dealerships. We took delivery a few days after our initial visit. In that time, I asked Glen if he could arrange a spray-in bed liner to be applied to the truck bed. Once again, Glen and the Kayser team didn't disappoint and got the job done! Buying a vehicle doesn't have to be a terrible experience. The level of care and service that we received at Kayser, Watertown made car buying enjoyable again!
