Kayser began selling and servicing cars back in 1925 on East Washington Avenue in Madison. Paul A. Kayser, a farmer from Fitchburg opened the dealership to sell and service the new Ford Model T.

Kayser has since grown to sell Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Ford and Lincoln brands through 8 locations in, Sauk City, Green Bay, Janesville, Watertown and Madison.

When Paul Kayser began selling the Ford Model T in downtown Madison, the city was really more like a small town. Although I have always thought of Madison as having that small town feel, it has grown tremendously & very successfully since 1925.

Rotors Bad My rotors went bad on my ram after 26000 miles after having it . They said it would cost me 675 dollars plus tx. I griped about it and then they gave me a 20% discount to get down to 675 dollars. I would hope that they would have replaced them for nothing since I spent a lot of money for this vehicle with extended warranties and other things. More

Terrible customer service I had some problems with my car and needed it towed once getting the car towed they took me to Kayser Chrysler. Once I got to the dealer the tow truck I had some problems with my car and needed it towed once getting the car towed they took me to Kayser Chrysler. Once I got to the dealer the tow truck driver and my self went to talk to the advisor upon talking to the advisor and telling him what was wrong with my car he was very rude and told me it would be a while before they would get to it. After getting back on the phone with my insurance company to find somewhere else to take my car to get looked at I asked him if there was a rental car or loaner car I could use until they find out what was wrong with my and he got snippy with me and said no. I went to talk to the used car manager to see if they had a car to use and he was absolutely rude as well. I was 45 miles from home and all I wanted to do was get home and get my car fixed but this dealer made it impossible. I would not recommend going to Kayser. More
