Kayser began selling and servicing cars back in 1925 on East Washington Avenue in Madison. Paul A. Kayser, a farmer from Fitchburg opened the dealership to sell and service the new Ford Model T.

Kayser has since grown to sell Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Ford and Lincoln brands through 8 locations in, Sauk City, Green Bay, Janesville, Watertown and Madison.

When Paul Kayser began selling the Ford Model T in downtown Madison, the city was really more like a small town. Although I have always thought of Madison as having that small town feel, it has grown tremendously & very successfully since 1925.

Great dealership! We decided to drive a little past our normal range and we were glad we did. We got there later on a Friday night and were met by Scott and Glenn. We felt bad making the guys stay late on a Friday, but they met all of our needs and weren't pushy to make the deal. They were very knowledgeable and we didn't feel pressured. Would absolutely buy from again ... I've never been one to say I enjoyed the car buying process. In fact, it's not all that much fun, but I work in the industry and am very willing to give places a try, especially those that talk about transparency and an easy buying process. I'm happy to say I found that at Kayser. The buying process was simple. Frank was a great guy to work with ... personable, no pressure, just an all around great guy. Closing the deal with Steve was another great experience. Very thorough, helpful and did not, in any way, pressure me to do anything more than I was willing to do. The car was nicely cleaned up, my plates were transferred for me and everyone in the dealership was friendly. I look forward to the need for our next vehicle so I can work with these guys again. More
