Francisco met us in the lot shortly after we parked, and recognized my wife from just a few days earlier, when she was getting our car serviced and walking around the lot. Francisco was super helpful, and showed us what we wanted to see, never pushing us in a different direction trying to "sell" us something we didn't want. Once we found what we wanted, we started to work the deal and discussed our trade in. When we got some bad news about our trade in, he saw we were not happy. He then worked with Justin the Used Car Manager who really made us feel important and helped us out a ton. We then worked with Mike and Justin to put the deal together, and in just a matter of time we were signing the paperwork and driving off the lot in out new Malibu Hybrid. This is our second time purchasing a car from Jimmy Johnson Chevrolet, and I am a forever customer. As long as I am in southern California, and in the market for a vehicle I will be shopping here. I would not go anywhere else, and this is due to the great people and the amazing customer service. More

He was straight forward and honest about everything he did for me and really made my day. I was so happy because first time in my life I was able to walk out with a brand spanken new car with only 3 miles and without a co-signer. Really made me and my daughter feel special and appreciated that we were there. I have been to other dealerships and because my credit was low they did not want to continue to assist me and was pushed to the side very rudely .
