Very Best Car Buying Experience Ever Just this week purchased a 2017 Trax SUV from Jimmy Johnson Chevrolet. It was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had, from internet in Just this week purchased a 2017 Trax SUV from Jimmy Johnson Chevrolet. It was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had, from internet inquiry, test drive, sales/buying, financing, etc. etc. This dealership treats customers like they are golden, and obviously looking to build a trusting relationship for years to come. Last year I had some significant repairs done to my 2001 Suburban, and had the very same experience with the service side of the house. I have purchased many new and used cars over my lifetime from dealerships, and my experience has ranged from usually bad to OK, with a few very good. My recent Jimmy Johnson experience was off the charts awesome. They are responsive, honest, knowledgable, focused on quality, and most important NOT high pressure; and they make the overall buying process and always dreaded paperwork as easy as it can be. In this age of information, it is usually easy to find a good price, but much harder to find a dealer that you fully trust from a sales and service standpoint. I suggest you give Jimmy Johnson a shot at your next Chevy! More

They were friendly, made conversation, answered our questions to the best of their ability and if they didn't know, they would go get us an answer, gave us a tour around the dealership, they were even presenting the features of the car, giving us details about it, Offered us water and popcorn, and kept us updated on the process. We're happy with the purchase. We wouldn't mind going back in the future if we plan on trading in one of our cars. Kearney Mesa area seems to have the cleanest car dealerships and better customer service compared to other dealerships we've been to. Thank you! More

He was so patient, and just answered all of our questions no matter how small or big the question was, was knowledgeable, and did not mind us calling about this and that knowing that we may not buy a car there since we were Subaru guys.... in the end, we bought a Malibu Hybrid -- and it really is because he was able to tune in with our style.... versus a lot of other dealers at other makes who are just desperate to sell you a car and they don;t seem to leave you time to weigh pros and cons.... and sometimes they don;t even know what they have in their lots!
