We received a nice response from JJ Chevy and decided to test drive an Impala. On the day of our appointment we mentioned to our physical therapist , AMY, that we were going to test drive an Impala that morning. She told us that her father worked at Jimmy Johnson in Kearny Mesa, and she would love to have us meet him and the staff at JJ Chevrolet. A cool coincidence, Amy went so far as to give us her Dad's, Dennis Young's biz card and she texted him to look for us that morning. We left the PT clinic and drove right to the dealership. As soon as we arrived at Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet, we were greeted by three members of their sales team! Dennis Young, Craig Kitnick, and Brandon Danieli met us in the new car lot within a few minutes of our arrival.. They were friendly, enthusiastic, and seemed sincerely interested in our needs. We were immediately impressed with such a great customer service attitude enhanced by direct eye contact and firm hand shakes. Craig took us through the initial phase of the process to identify our needs/wants and expectations. He answered all of our questions, and confirmed the availability of the model and color of the vehicle we selected. He took us for a test drive of the vehicle we selected, after which he collected pertinent information and gave us an overview of how the purchase process works.. We were treated with respect, encouraged to be frank and established a rapport quickly. Craig introduced us to Andy Ali, Finance Manager, who moved quickly and professionally into specifics of the transaction. As Andy answered our specific questions and met our requests he crafted and presented three different specific consecutive versions of the proposed transaction to make certain we were both comfortable and satisfied with the parameters and conditions of the deal. At no time were we pressured or manipulated. The entire process, from start to finish, was enjoyable and actually empowering from a standpoint of our sense of partnership in the deal that was established from the get go. While we had not committed to purchase a car that day, both of us agreed that we would be missing a terrific opportunity by not taking advantage of the outstanding deal offered by the dealership, the excellent service and ongoing support available to us as well as the confidence in the staff. Dennis Young assured us when we arrived at the dealership that he could guarantee we would be treated with courtesy, professionalism and pride in the brand by the entire team at Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet.. True to their reputation, they took on my challenge and was able to get me into a brand new Cruz with everything I asked for! and they even got me into a rate of 3.49! My wife and I were blown away by everyone there, from the receptionist who made sure we always had cold water to the finance guy who completed the final paperwork. Our salesman even drove us to the bank so we could take care of some things before proceeding. JJ chevy will always have my business, as well as my friends and family! More

I came across the one I wanted on the Jimmie Johnson's Chevy website, gave Dennis a call made an appointment to see the car and test drive it. I was able to get in the car the very next day! Francisco was our salesman and he was just as great as Dennis! No pressure at all, gave us the run down on the SUV and made sure he answered any question we had about the car. Even though he forgot how to lock in the new memory for the memory seat hahaha, he looked it up in the owners manual as opposed to saying " just look it up in your owners manual" which says a lot about a person. The fact that he took the time himself to look was great! Thank you guys so much for all that you did for us and we will be doing more business together soon! More
