Bad communication and little updates. I asked if they offered a loaner or rental because they said it would take 3 weeks to fix it. They said they didn’t. I called another Jeep Dodge Chrysler dealership offered a loaner or rental because they said it would take 3 weeks to fix it. They said they didn’t. I called another Jeep Dodge Chrysler dealership and was told that they did. I thought that really odd but just had to figure it out because I had no other vehicle at the time. I got the car back and it was incomplete. The air filter wasn’t put back on right. The gas gauge stop working properly . They worked on the fuel injectors and left a piece inside the engine bay. I found it and have it in my possession and a picture of it. I would give 0 if possible. Do not take your vehicle here. I will be putting together all this together to a lawyer. This is unsat and truly shows that if you don’t pay for services you get bad services. More

Took my Ram 1500 laramie p/u in for service here. My experience with the service and service manager Bill Hunter was great. Had a scheduled appointment on Saturday September 18 for my daughters Jeep Cherokee. We went because the check engine light was on. I was talked into two additional services and 4 hours and $440 dollars l my daughters Jeep Cherokee. We went because the check engine light was on. I have called the Service Advisor three times and left a VM. No call back. Very dissatisfied More

Called dealership on 9/10 asked for Zach. They put me thru to his phone which was full so couldn’t leave message. Had to call four times and each time no answer so went in person to set up appointment. P thru to his phone which was full so couldn’t leave message. Anyways make appointment for 9/17 and make sure that part is there for when I bring in my truck. Drop off truck Thursday evening so they have it for Friday AM. It’s a one hour job. Call at 2:30 PM but once again no way in xxxx to actually talk to someone so drive down there at 4:30 PM and am told that truck is not done because they sent the part back to Chicago. This service department is a complete disaster and completely useless. Can’t EVER get a hold of ANYONE in service and have whoever answered the phone pass me to someone who no longer works for you. REALLY! By the way Zack moved to New York so you may want to let employees know. More
