Bad communication and little updates. I asked if they offered a loaner or rental because they said it would take 3 weeks to fix it. They said they didn’t. I called another Jeep Dodge Chrysler dealership offered a loaner or rental because they said it would take 3 weeks to fix it. They said they didn’t. I called another Jeep Dodge Chrysler dealership and was told that they did. I thought that really odd but just had to figure it out because I had no other vehicle at the time. I got the car back and it was incomplete. The air filter wasn’t put back on right. The gas gauge stop working properly . They worked on the fuel injectors and left a piece inside the engine bay. I found it and have it in my possession and a picture of it. I would give 0 if possible. Do not take your vehicle here. I will be putting together all this together to a lawyer. This is unsat and truly shows that if you don’t pay for services you get bad services. More

Had a scheduled appointment on Saturday September 18 for my daughters Jeep Cherokee. We went because the check engine light was on. I was talked into two additional services and 4 hours and $440 dollars l my daughters Jeep Cherokee. We went because the check engine light was on.
