Anyways make appointment for 9/17 and make sure that part is there for when I bring in my truck. Drop off truck Thursday evening so they have it for Friday AM. It’s a one hour job. Call at 2:30 PM but once again no way in xxxx to actually talk to someone so drive down there at 4:30 PM and am told that truck is not done because they sent the part back to Chicago. This service department is a complete disaster and completely useless. Can’t EVER get a hold of ANYONE in service and have whoever answered the phone pass me to someone who no longer works for you. REALLY! By the way Zack moved to New York so you may want to let employees know. More
