The service was good but they had a 450lb guy drive my car up and he moved the steering wheel and the seat so he could fit in the car. I do not like my wheel and seat to be moved EVER. Also the entire drive home I had to listen to my seat squeaking because the electric mechanisms in the seat are not made to handle that kind of weight. When I got home I had to spray WD-40 to stop the squeaking. I called and complained and told them I never want a heavy person like that in my car EVER!!!!! More

Very disappointed in service and value. Customer Service took three days to return my call asking for a completions date. I was not given a loaner car even though it took the dealer one week to get in the f took three days to return my call asking for a completions date. I was not given a loaner car even though it took the dealer one week to get in the fuel pump needed to fix car. They also charged $675 in labor to install the fuel pump. Was told that I would get a $100 credit to help with car rental by when I checked billing, I was only credited $83.34 and this was after I had to point out that there was no adjustment to bill. When I did get my car back it was filthy. Will never go back to this dealer for service are to buy a car More

Service advisor Bill Hunter provided me with great service. Took care of my Jeep's Stop/Start problem. Checked me in right away. Worst customer service. Dropped my vehicle at 140pm for an oil change, they promised that it would be done by 330 because it was a slow day. By 5pm I hadn’t heard anything from them so I called and was gre an oil change, they promised that it would be done by 330 because it was a slow day. By 5pm I hadn’t heard anything from them so I called and was greeted by a simple “yes”, asked for the service department, and asked that guy for an update. He said there was nothing in the computer regarding the status of my vehicle, and that he would have to message the technician, who would be calling me so I wouldn’t have to call back( the same technician that I had text for a status update and gotten no reply). After about 50 minutes without hearing anything, I call back and again ask for a status update, the guy (same guy from before) was like didn’t I talk to you earlier? I told him yes, and that I still hadn’t heard anything. He told me to hold on a minute because everything is crazy there because they are about to close, the. Comes back and says that the technician working on my car left work 30 minutes earlier and they don’t know the status of the oil change, and that I’ll have to call back tomorrow. I told him I needed that vehicle to get to work in the morning, to which he was like oh-well. The folllowing morning, my wife goes in at 7am, and the vehicle is sitting right up front. When she asked the technician why he didn’t call, he told her that he called me and left a message(he did not). The fact that these people lie and don’t communicate shows they don’t care. I’d give them no stars if I could. More
