Can’t get anyone to answer the phone, once I did they told me if I dropped the car off in the morning I could get it back same day. Meanwhile, the technician keeps it for a week just to tell me “nothing told me if I dropped the car off in the morning I could get it back same day. Meanwhile, the technician keeps it for a week just to tell me “nothing is wrong with it.” When I went to pick it back up , 1 of 6 employees at their desks was actually helping customers. The only reason I didn’t blow a gasket is bc they didn’t make me pay the 200$ for the technicians time they originally told me I would have to do (once I got there not when I called.) long story short- a lazy half-xxx dealership. It is difficult to rate my experience. Staff was very courteous and professional. Work was done in the time they promised. I’m a super senior, as people in their mid-80’s are often called, and two of your employees, Marcus and Brittany are exceptional. Both friendly to a new customer. I’m providing a rating of only 2 stars based on the length of time it took to have my 12V battery replaced on my Ioniq 5. It took days for my car to even be assigned to a technician and approximately o length of time it took to have my 12V battery replaced on my Ioniq 5. It took days for my car to even be assigned to a technician and approximately one week for the work to be completed, from the time I dropped it off until the time it was ready for pick up. More
