Went for my 12k service on my Santa Cruz, & they tried to sell me an alignment, fuel induction R&R,and a cabin filter adding upto $565.00!! That's with the $7200.00 warranty for 96 months...I refused,only ge sell me an alignment, fuel induction R&R,and a cabin filter adding upto $565.00!! That's with the $7200.00 warranty for 96 months...I refused,only getting the oil change,and tire rotation!! I it took over 3hrs,and NO ride to or from the dealer unless I paid for it!! I will NEVER be returning to Kearney Mesa Hyundai for any type of service for my truck!! Even though it's only 3miles from my home..I will be returning to Dalton Hyundai in National city where I bought it!! More
The availability of appointments and then the time it took to actually get a diagnostic on my car was way too long. I brought my car in on July 22 and was finally able to pick it up August 18. After all this time sitting outside, a quick wash of the car would have been nice. Let me emphasize that my complaint is with the dealership and its policy and NOT with the people I came in contact with. Isaac, the person that checked me in and out was super nice and helpful and patiently explained what the diagnosis was, etc, He is the reason I would bring my car back for service rather than take it to a local garage. My observation is, that since the dealership moved into its present location from across the street on Convoy my satisfaction with availability of appointments etc. has gone down. Although I am very happy with both of the Hyundai’s I owe/owned I will think twice about getting another one simply because of the time it takes for repairs or regular service. More
I took my car in for an oil change and waited over 30 mins for someone to come out and check me in! I was told it would take about 2 hours. After 2 1/2 hours I asked if my car was ready and was told mayb mins for someone to come out and check me in! I was told it would take about 2 hours. After 2 1/2 hours I asked if my car was ready and was told maybe another 30-45 mins. At this point I became upset and asked if it was because I “paid extra” for complimentary service. They said no but it sure didn’t look that way. I didn’t even get a complimentary car wash!!! It was almost 3p before I got out of there. I guess I’ll be going to another dealership for my service. Not that, that will bother anyone there!!😢 More

Good experience. I had previously submitted a 3 star rating based on my incorrect identification and interpretation of the brake fluid replacement interval. I change my rating to 5 star. I need to trust the service department more, they do a good job…. More
