After discussing the matter with the manager, George Abdelsayed, the situation was only made worse. This dealership and its representatives purpousfully manipulated me to get more money and did not provide any services. I went in for an inspection and was forced to sign up for a battery fluid exchange and a transmission bracket replacement. The battery fluid exchange is A COMPLETE SCAM and my battery actually decresed range by 20 miles. This contradicts what the technician promised as they said this would improve battery range. Second, the transmission replacement was under warranty lied the technician and costed me another grand. My car still has the same issues i came in with and they sent the car off in worse condition. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE AT THIS DEALERSHIP!
