I brought my car in for emergency due overheating, I brought it in on May 30 and received it back just yesterday and 20 minutes in having the car back in my possession and I just left the dealership, my brought it in on May 30 and received it back just yesterday and 20 minutes in having the car back in my possession and I just left the dealership, my car overheated again. I was not happy but what can I do, after all the challenges I had to deal with this dealership, the diagnostic testing wasn’t performed until the 3 rd week of having the car in their possession. I called and called and I understand they had a lot of servicing to do, but simple communication makes a difference especially I was the one calling and texting so that someone can just provide an update, after 2800 dollars or something and almost one month later I got my car back and it was no good. They towed it back and told me I’ll have to wait again until they figure it out. What kind of xx right and on top of that there stuff in the hood of my car rattling. I’m just exhausted of all the excuses. Can God help me make sense of this all. Not a happy person More
