This is the second time Kearney Mesa Hyundai has called me to scheduale a service appointment time which I made and arrived 15 early for my service appointment. My car sat untouched for two and a half hours which is totally unacceptable. If I treated my customers like this I would have NO customers. Their sales staff is great !! When I called back to complain all I got was the srevice manager said that was the best they could do, UNEXCEPTABLE !!!
