I made a decision after the test drive and drove off in a beautiful red Kona N, spending about half of what I planned to spend. I love my Kona. Jared definitely picked the right car for me! This is my 3rd purchase at this dealership. I highly recommend Andy Pabon (bought all three from him). He is a good man and sticks to his word. I highly recommend Andy Pabon (bought all three from him). He is a good man and sticks to his word. More

New with the car mandates a 7 year/70k mile warranty and replacement aftermarket parts require 5 years/50k miles (in CA) but their chosen legal loophole puts their original replacement parts at 12 month/10k mile warranty. It lasted 14 months, and they wanted $6,000 to replace and do other small maintenance they recommended for the car. It had already been diagnosed as a blown cat, and they wanted $200 to release the car back as a diagnostic fee for the bad catalytic converter they put into the car. When discussing this, they ordered that I never return again for service. Service assistants are nice enough, but have the power of a 3 button kiosk: they can collect your money, call an unavailable manager, or give you a customer complaint number. Consistent experience with Hyundai after a recalled fuse set wasn’t bolted down and its loosening caused my car to turn off completely while on the freeway in my first year with the car (2-3 years ago).
