I had a warning light on my car. After a day, they figured out it was the oxygen sensor and also inspected the car, recommending some other work. That's when it got confusing. One report said the tires had 3/32 tread left and should be replaced. Another report said 8/32. The engine clutch actuator fluid was recommended to be replaced, but the description talked about an air filter. I didn't have them do either of those. They did fix the original problem. More

I took in my car for warranty service. I dropped it off a day early and had to wait 40 minutes before I was able to drop it off. Someone finally took me into the service writer area after I dropped it off a day early and had to wait 40 minutes before I was able to drop it off. Someone finally took me into the service writer area after he saw me waiting for so long. The service writer said that whoever checked me in did not put something in the computer that said that I was waiting? It was weird because no one else was in there. Anyway the service writer said that if this isn't warranty service then it will cost me $300 for the diagnostic after I had waited for 40 minutes. I expected the writer to have a bit more empathy after I waited for so long or maybe even to say that he'd work on not charging me for the diagnostic after I had waited so long. I told him that it felt like Kia wanted to not cover my warranty and he said that they would if it were under warranty and that he'd get paid either way? He said that he'd let me know by noon on Tues (my service appointment was 8 am Tues) and noon came and went on Tues 1/20. I sent a message around 2 pm and he called me to say that the repair was covered and the car would be done on Thurs. It was done Thursday which is why this review got two stars. I don't know if I'll return here for service. More
