Nearly two months of getting the run around… Dropped off my Kia in late August 2025 for recall issue and oil change. Their uber app wasn’t working so I could get a ride home. Kia offered to reimburse me if I used my own funds and app to book uber. Long story short, it’s been nearly two months of responses like “ It's in the process already” and “followed up with the corporate office and they said it was still in route to you, They did a live ETA and it shows next week for you on that money back!” Still have not received reimbursement. Also, I’ve asked service tech handling for the manager’s name and contact info at least 3 times and still have yet to get that. I’ll never trust this dealer with my car and plan to share my experience with as many people as possible. I would rate them less than 0 stars if possible. More

If you’re in the market for a vehicle, ask for DJ Hernandez! He was patient, personable, and extremely knowledgeable—truly a pleasure to work with. The only drawback was the wait time—it took nearly four hours from the moment we finalized the deal to when the vehicle was ready for delivery. I understand it was a busy weekend, but the delay felt excessive. Overall, the experience was very positive, and I would definitely recommend this dealership. And again, if you go—DJ is the guy you’ll want to see! More
