I would never recommend this dealership even to my worse enemies. I brought in my car because my engine just died on me at 6,700 miles. It was a new car when I bought it from them. I maintained it and did all my oil changes with ford themselves. Even got the extended warranty from this dealership. When I brought it in they assured me that it will be taken care of through my extended warranty. They dragged the process for months and only to leave with no repair or replacement of the engine and I even had to pay $850 for tear down of the engine…then tow my car for additional money to local dealership to get it fixed up…in all fairness, the representative that was assisting me her name was Alisha, she maintained good communication with me the whole time and did her best to assist me in getting my engine replaced….but everyone else including managers, higher ups and ford themselves as brand are not trustworthy, they all lie…I switched to a Toyota and never been more happy with that decision…do not trust this place, I repeat DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE…unless you want to just loose money and time on a unreliable car. Our service rep, Megan Michalski, was excellent as always. My complaint is that sales associate John Mandwee was overbearing and entirely unhelpful. He continued to try to force his own schedule on us and insisted on doing things that would inconvenience us. Additionally continued to refer to my wife by my name even after being corrected and with full knowledge that he was communicating through her email and phone number. Overall my impression of him was that of a stereotypical used car salesman whose only concern was for his quota. Had he been more conscious of our needs than I would be more inclined to sell my Carnival. As it is, I will more than likely sell it somewhere else. More
