This was the worst experience ever! I was treated very badly , there was a lot of xenophobia from a guy Michael from finance. I didn’t approve of running my credit a bunch of times, I didn’t want to buy a car that exact date , I was just looking for options of what car I liked and how much was it. They didn’t respect when I said I needed to think over it and talk with my husband. I left that place feeling very angry and disrespected. But I’m happy I found my car at another dealership where I was actually listen to. More

Any attempts to scheduled anything that may surface will take at least 3 or 4 weeks even if you have a warranty or you are just trying to repair something simple as a your breaking lights not working. Unfortunately you will need to find services outside of this dealership when items should be covered by your warranty or a recall. I also tried to purchase parts and accessories, they didn't have available or no one even bother to call you back to place an order after personal requests or phone call. I regret purchasing a KIA. Repeated failure in attempted repair My wife and I happily purchased 2017 Kia Sportage at Kearny Pearson KIA in July, 2016. However, we had to have the welding repair done on the chassis My wife and I happily purchased 2017 Kia Sportage at Kearny Pearson KIA in July, 2016. However, we had to have the welding repair done on the chassis body to eliminate creaking noise at their Service Center last August and January. The crazy creaking noise has come back again. But this time the noise is even worse than ever before, making it unbearable for us to drive. This is not acceptable by any means for this two-year-old car. So now my wife and I are utterly frustrated at the fact that two previous welding repairs not only failed to take care of the problem but also made it even worse. This repair was the second repair work done since the first welding repair in Jan. 2018. More
