Although car trouble is never fun I was please with how open they were with the issues my car had. The only thing that could have been better was knowing about the mechanical issues before agreeing to pay for a routine service that could have been pushed back a later date. More
Ivan gets 5 star rating. What more to say. He was efficient and competent. He worked to deal with a continuing issue and solve it. What more to say. He was efficient and competent. He worked to deal with a continuing issue and solve it. More

We purchased a used vehicle here and were underwhelmed by the level of service provided, from our sales rep to the sales manager. The sales rep would not call us our preferred names, even though we used t by the level of service provided, from our sales rep to the sales manager. The sales rep would not call us our preferred names, even though we used them to identify ourselves each time we interacted. This is such a fundamental first step in creating a relationship, but he was only ever able to call us by the names listed on our drivers licenses (including greeting me in text messages by my formal first and middle name!). We were paid in full for the vehicle yet they were insistent on running our credit which, made no sense. The car was not ready for delivery upon purchase so I needed to return the next day to pick it up. When I did, they could only find one of the keys because an employee had the other key and was at lunch. They offered to send the key to me which they never did. A week later when I inquired about it I got quite an unpleasant runaround insisting that I did not have a second key coming, and that they would have never promised to send one to me. Of course, the person who promised this to me later clarified with his team that in fact, the key was still at the dealership. By then, I also realized nobody ever gave me a copy of my purchase contract or warranty. All in all I felt like I was the first sale they had ever made because every step in the process seemed far more difficult than necessary. We have purchased dozens of cars in our life and found this to be a very unusual experience. Even when I returned a week later to pick up my key and contract, the sales rep walked over to me and handed me my key without saying a word to me. He didn’t inquire about how I was enjoying the car or even thank me for my purchase. Just handed me the key and walked away. Incredibly odd! All that aside, I am happy with my car. It was just the process of buying it that was peculiar. More
I had a warranty issue, which did end up being resolved, despite terrible communication. Did not have a lot of confidence that the issue was rectified. Very slapdash attitude from service staff, which is di despite terrible communication. Did not have a lot of confidence that the issue was rectified. Very slapdash attitude from service staff, which is disappointing as I had a good experience with the sales staff. Received my car, asked where the keys were and was told they were in the car, so I drove off as the person left me in a lane with 3 cars waiting behind me. Got on the freeway and didn’t see my keys anywhere so ended up driving back. Turns out the he had my keys. Did he call me? No. Was he concerned about wasting my time? No. I was late to meet with a client because of this careless error. Not sure I’ll be back. More
