Josh Rios was absolutely spectacular, and Mike Mokhtar, the sales manager, was equally great to work with. They were professional, honest, straightforward, and worked hard to put together a deal that I felt was extremely fair. What impressed me most was how easy and transparent the entire process was. We worked out virtually everything ahead of time through email and over the phone, with none of the typical back-and-forth or pressure that you often experience when buying a vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership to finalize my lease, everything was exactly as we had agreed. There were no surprises, no last-minute changes, and no attempt to renegotiate the deal once I walked through the door. The paperwork was ready, the vehicle was ready, and I was in and out in about 45 minutes with the keys to my new Kia EV9. I’ve purchased and leased quite a few vehicles over the years, and this was genuinely the best and easiest car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Josh and Mike earned my trust and my future business. The whole process felt shady and off. I was a salesperson for 20 years and this place felt just shady. I knew what car I wanted, and I wanted to either finance or lease. Leasing seeme I was a salesperson for 20 years and this place felt just shady. I knew what car I wanted, and I wanted to either finance or lease. Leasing seemed to be the better option, but I was told that I had to put 15,000 dollars down to get a lower payment of 350.00 for a Kia K5 Gt Line. I asked them since I have never leased before. Why do I have to put so much down since it is advertised for less. He said that It is in stages or whatever and where I fell with 651 credits, I did not qualify to put little down. So, I said this 15,000 is like a bribery for a lower payment and he said yes. I was so lost in this process, and my son had already taken my other Kia home, so I was at the dealership with no car. I felt pressured and uneasy as it is UNHEARD OF TO PUT 15,000 down and I traded in a 2014 Hyundai Accent in for a cheaper payment. I felt lied to, ripped off and just bamboozled. Now the finance manager did give me 5,000 off and just charged me 10,000 because he felt bad for me. Which was funny because the salesperson told me that if I only put 10,000 down my payment would go up to 550.00. They were just making xxxx up as they went. I honestly just wanted to get out there and cry. I signed the papers and left feeling violated and ripped off. I will never set foot in there again and tell everyone I know at Sharp and my friends. Sad cause I love me some Kia's More
