Today's experience was the worst I've ever had at this dealership. The person assigned to my car's service didn't listen or ask questions in regard to what I wanted looked at. I felt like he was saying I dealership. The person assigned to my car's service didn't listen or ask questions in regard to what I wanted looked at. I felt like he was saying I was a liar and he was very irritated that I brought my car for service. I felt like an inconvenience. When explaining to me his response to my concerns it was condescending. I bought my car here 12 years ago and have brought it here for all maintenance and concerns. I will think twice before bringing it back. More
