Good Morning John, I was very frustrated with how all this transpired. I dropped of my vehicle on Saturday 7/20 at which time they informed me that they may not be able to look at it until Monday, 7/22 which I understood. Well Monday came around and I never received an update, I called numerous times and even went to the service department during my lunch which upset me. A gentleman there said they will update me later on that day, well they did not. I called Tuesday again and sent text, no response. I received a call back once I posted on here. This whole ordeal could have been avoided if they would have communicated with me.
