I took my Kia soul in for what turned out to be several recall repairs. I decided to wait for it. While I was waiting, I got several text messages from various departments of the dealership. Eventually, it became clear that there was one person in the service department, who was “in charge“ of my car. I went to meet with her to discuss the list of recommended services that were beyond the recall repairs. This came about from the whole vehicle inspection That the service department did. I was able to get a copy of the list of suggestions, and. Megan discussed them with me. The service on my car was complete, they washed it and I was done and ready to go. This dealership is very, very busy. The Waitinglounge was clean and comfortable. There was a nice coffee machine and bottles of cold water available. That was nice.
