The Finance Department Customer Service is one of the worst I have worked with. They don’t answer their phone when you call and when you finally get a hold of someone they have attitude as if you are bot worst I have worked with. They don’t answer their phone when you call and when you finally get a hold of someone they have attitude as if you are bothering them. I had to call multiple times about receiving a refund for a warranty that I purchased when I bought my vehicle. When I sold the vehicle I went into the store and talked with Finance Department, they said they would contact within the week to tell me how much I was getting for my refund. It has been 3 weeks and I have had to call them multiple times and I still do not have an answer. This type of customer service is unsatisfactory and I’m glad that I will not have to deal with Kearny Mesa Subaru in the future. It would be nice if they would returned my phone calls and emails.
