TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT - TERRIBLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH ALL THE WAY FROM SERVICE REP ANGEL MARIN, TO SERVICE MANAGER FRANCISCO QUIJAS AND BUSINESS MANAGER CHRISTIANA S. THEY COVER FOR EACH OTHER AND HUSH HUSH AND INTIMIDATE THE CUSTOMER. I FELT HARRASED AND THREATENED. DUE TO MISDIAGNOSES - PER CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT BETWEEN 09/2022 AND 12/2022 WOULD COVER THE COST OF THE FIRST BATTERY REPLACEMENT ALSO EVEN AFTER THE DEADLINE THEY SHOULD HAVE PAID FOR 50% OF THE COST PER THE CODE I GOT FROM THE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT BUT THEY DID NOT EVEN READ THE FORM I HAD FILLED OUT FROM THE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. 10/27/22 - frequent dead battery problem was dismissed, excessive oil consumption - Battery diagnosed very healthy and oil consumption was RELATED TO DRIVING HABIT BY BUSINESS MANAGER CHRISTINA S. 02/228/23 - frequent dead battery problem and oil consumption was dismissed again - Battery diagnosed AS very healthy. NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR. 04/27/23 - DID GOOGLE SEARCH FOUND OUT ABOUT THE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT ABOUT THE BATTERY TOOK THE INOFRMATON TO THE DEALTHER AT FIRST THEY DENIED THE CLASS ACTION, BUT 10 MIN HE AGREED TO LOOK INTO THE PROBLEM MORE IN DETAIL. 4/27/2023 - BATTERY DIAGNOSED AS BAD - FOUND FAULTY DCM CAUSING EXCESSIVE DRAW FROM BATTERY. BUT STILL THEY DISMISSED THE OIL CONSUMTION 05/08/2023 - TOOK CAR TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP - CAR DIAGONOSED WITH FRONT DRIVER AXLE LEAK/ CAM CARRIER LEAK - EXPLAINED THE OIL CONSUPTION FOR MISS CHRISTIANA S THE BUSINESS MANAGER.
