Ian Greg Fallon, Ian Reid: Were professional with Friendly positive attitudes with concern and compensate of my auto needs which explained very well (to my thoughts) of the car, but could had more k Friendly positive attitudes with concern and compensate of my auto needs which explained very well (to my thoughts) of the car, but could had more knowledge of the car ; for there was symbols on the dashboard that said the tire pressure were too low, the symbol was orange, and green, I looked the symbols were not serious, but it scared me for now I’m in debt of $18,000.00,(the orange is low tire pressure [needed more air] the [green is starting case it’s in perfect condition] have patient in viewing the contract with me, positive, compassionate of my finances. However, when I picked up the car I noticed a scratch on the bumper of three inches long downward and sideways that wasn’t there prior to purchasing the Jetta Volkswagen. Also once I got the car home I was back out the brakes squeals and I came to a sudden stop and I heard the brakes crunch I don’t really understand what the brakes would crunch. I went to Volkswagen yesterday (26th of April) found much more information on the Jetta. I’m very happy with this car in how the employees represented themselves. Yes,I would recommend Mesa Kearny Toyota to others… Once I came in again through request of Ian for the loan agent told him that the price was too high and had to bring down the price.of two hundred dollars. This is when I showed Ian the scrawled that were fresh, I also told him about the brakes, Ian said to make an appointment to get the brakes checked out along with putting fresh paint on the bumper to cover the scratches on the back bumper.
