Alex DeBella is the reason we decided to purchase with Toyota Kearny Mesa. Alex DeBella has to be hands down the exemplary model of what great customer service should be. We never felt obligated or pushed or intimidated to do anything we didn’t want to. He answered all our questions with real upfront answers. We had been to El Cajon and lemon grove Toyota the day before and their customer service was garbage. El Cajon make you feel as if YOU need them and Lemon Grove is a disgrace in how dishonest and shameless they are not even been discreet in how obvious it is they are lying in your face. Disgusting. But not with Toyota Kearny Mesa. They are the real deal here. honest and crystal clear in all they do. We will be referring all our family and friends to them and to Alex DeBella. I also noticed this was the only dealership that is still taking caution of the COVID spread by using steering wheel protective covers and sanitizing the tables before we sat down. I won’t be wasting my time or gas next time driving around as I will be heading straight to Toyota Kearny Mesa. Thank you Alex,Daisy and everyone there!
