Update: Dealer rep contacted me after seeing this review. She arranged for me to meet with Sales manager and resolve this issue. They refunded most of the cost of this unwanted option. I appreciate KM Toyota's professional and rapid response to my concerns. I have a more favorable view towards the dealership as a result.
