Purchased a pre-owned M4 here last year that had tinted windows. Now a year later they refuse to inspect that car even though they sold me the car in the exact same condition as purchased and admitted to i windows. Won't ever return after this. Now i have to deal with getting it removed or find someone else to inspect which is gonna be basically impossible. Also service prices are insane. Would never get another service here. More

This dealership demonstrates through actions it does not care about customer satisfaction. Terrible communication and because of my experience with Keeler, I'm no longer interested in ever buying a BMW. The care about customer satisfaction. Best service in the world. Had over 10k worth of upgrades and cosmetic's done to make my 2018 M550i be show room condition. Service department does not communicate with the customers and, seemingly, not with each other. The very 1st issue with the car that I brought up when making the appointment, when speaking with t customers and, seemingly, not with each other. The very 1st issue with the car that I brought up when making the appointment, when speaking with the service advisor, was never addressed nor fixed. Delivery was a complete nightmare! Again, absolutely NO communication. This was not an oil change. The final bill was $4991. And not everything got fixed. The service department "communicates" with customers via automated text. This is by far the worst experience we've had there. Although, we've had other inconvenient and poor service there before. It's an hour away from where we live. But, we are considering a longer drive to avoid these issues with this group again. To add, this is our second and last vehicle we've purchased there. More
