When someone is in your showroom looking at cars, a salesperso My experience with Keeler has been that they just don't want to work for your business. When someone is in your showroom looking at cars, a salesperson should make an effort to assist the customer by offering to answer any questions they might have. At Keeler a salesperson followed me, but he never even offered help. Nothing. Such a strange and awkward experience. I leased a Pilot from Mohawk Honda later that same night. As I did 3 years ago when a Salesman told me the price "is what it is" even after I pointed out that other dealerships were offering the exact same car for thousands less. No more chances, message received. More
