She was very good at communicating and understanding. We leased a CRV last round (with another dealer) and would like to release a 2019 model at Keeler. However due to $$$$ extra mileage fee buying-out the old leased car was also an option we were considering. Wendy presented us the cons and pros of both solutions very clearly and patiently and show her analysis. She didn't persuade us into one over the other, but gave us time to think. We are happy with the final decision we made and thought her input was very crucial. We were impressed how organized and professional she is while being busy. Wendy was attentive to details and was very generous with the things she said she is going to do. We are grateful to have met her in doing business with the dealer. When she was busy, she always introduced me to her colleagues, who are also very helpful. Working with Wendy and her colleagues, we also traded in another car and was very happy with the deal again!
