We reconnected and I honestly had a great time looking at cars and test driving as well as working on pricing and financing. Wendy is both relaxed and knowledgeable about the products, and, best of all, she listens to the customer. She doesn't do a hard sell for upgrades or features -- if you want it, great; if you don't, that's fine too. Her professionalism is top notch as well. After leaving the dealership, I texted her some questions and she responded right away. She led me through the purchasing process step by step, explaining along the way.
