In the other dealers i knew more about there cars and potential government rebates than the salesperson. There excuse was that they were only there for a couple months. i come from sales and i would not let a majority of the reps on the floor until they were schooled and properly trained.Paul Haupt personality , knowledge and professionalism made the difference. I had many choices in the area to purchase my Honda Clarity but choose Keeler because of Paul and how he presented his dealership to us. Sales is still a people to people experience .
